Q: What is our return policy?
A: Unfortunately due to COVID, we are not accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges. We are more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect products and sizing for you.

Q: What is the shipping process?
A: We sanitize our station, put on our gloves, and proceed to pack your merchandise. We ship through USPS, therefore we can only ship your items on business days (excluding holidays). Subsequently, you will receive an email with your tracking number after your item(s) have been shipped. Shipping varies between 1-5 days depending on your selected shipping method.
Q: What if my product comes damaged?
A: If your products arrived damaged, you must email us (Lailasboutiquebusiness@gmail.com) a photograph of the broken item and we will send a new item or a replacement item (if the product is out of stock) free of purchase.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: All shipping is handled through USPS. (USA Shipping shown below)
Q: How do I wash my merchandise?
A: Due to the nature of our products, you MUST hand wash and air dry your clothing items.
Q: Is ironing permissable?
A: Yes, you may iron your merchandise on low heat. DO NOT IRON ON THE TAG* tags are delicate and handmade.
Q: Do we offer international shipping?
A: Currently, this option is not available, we only ship to the USA at the moment.
